Worst Apartment in Parklands

This is by far the worst complex I’ve ever stayed in. The rat infestation is out of control — these are large rodents that damage vehicles, especially by chewing through wiring. Despite numerous complaints, management has done absolutely nothing to address the issue. When it rains, water seeps into the units — including the bedrooms and bathrooms — creating serious concerns around damp, mould, and electrical safety. It’s completely unacceptable. The complex is extremely noisy, with no enforcement of quiet hours. Unsupervised children roam the property at all hours, and residents frequently blast music from their cars as late as 2am, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's rest. The lack of proper management, poor maintenance, and disregard for residents' wellbeing makes this complex unlivable. I would strongly advise anyone considering moving here to look elsewhere.
