Stephs Wonderland (Stephanie Charmiers)
In December 2024 I ordered a mini battery operated tractor from Stephanie Charmier who trades under Stephs Wonderland. This was an on line purchase through her as the agent. The quote was received, amount paid over same day. I received 1 request from her in the process and that was the color change of the mini tractor. A few weeks later the tractor was delivered in a box that could fir into a shopping trolley. I then clearly knew something was wrong. On opening the outer box i found a Toys R Us mini tactor , not nearly to spec of what I ordered. I immediately got hold of Stephanie who informed me that her agent must have got this mixed up. She at no time would revile the name of the agent and kept making excuses that she cannot get hold of her. I subsequently asked for a refund and was informed she cannot afford to refund me. I was asked to take the incorrect tractor to Toys R Us and get a refund- (Less than half original purchase price). An agreement was made with my lawyer and herself to pay a monthly fee of R200 until the outstanding amount was paid off. 1 month (R200) was received and thereafter its promise after promise and excuse after excuse. Please be very aware of this business and its owner. She cannot be trusted.
