Welz Auction House
I am deeply dusappointed by Welz, I have not been paid for items they sold on Auction in mid October. No explanation given . I have receiveda couple terse emails promising that they will look into things but never any indication as to when or if I will be paid, They get an F for communication a C+ for pre auction advice . Something is fishy and unless I am paid soon,or contacted by the owner I shall resort to the law

26 Feb 2024, 12:25 Dear Mr Suzman Please accept my sincere apology and I fully understand your frustration. We have had issues in the last 4 months at our Cape Town Office that have been resolved . We have since initiated a large scale clean up and have restructured the business . We have cut our overheads that ran away with us due to power cuts , rental increases etc. I do assure you that we have never NOT paid a client. Your funds have been paid across and we would like to extend a hand of friendship if you decide to visit our showroom again and consign with us . Thanks so much and kind regards. Laurence
