Total Failure at Auction with Stephan Welz and Laurence Friedman

Stephan Welz Auction House I am exceedingly unhappy with Welz, I have not been paid for items they sold on Auction in early May (10/5/24). No explanation given . I received a statement promising payment in 45 days (never paid). They promise to pay by given new dates (now far beyond the due date) and nothing is paid. It is hard to reach them in general and Lawrence Friedman in particular. When we have had contact they refer to not being able to collect payments from buyers. Something is very wrong here. I have asked for my items to be returned since they are unable to collect payment from buyers or make payment to me. I wish I had known about their poor performance and the failure of trust in the community before entrusting them with very valuable items. They were happy to take my watch and ring but now say they cannot pay or don't pay when they make an agreement to pay. Specifically Laurence Friedman who claims to be in charge has failed to make good on his commitments to make payment, release funds or meet any commitments made. I shall resort to the law and additional social media platforms until my items are returned.
