Despite a formal letter from our advocate and a clear agreement, you have failed to return all outstanding jewellery and unsold items, failed to make the agreed payment by the stipulated date, and failed to respond to repeated attempts to resolve this matter. Laurence has also failed to respond to our messages. These ongoing failures to honour your commitments are unacceptable. We formally demand the immediate return of all outstanding items and settlement of the amount due. We expect urgent action, not further silence or delays.
