Stephan Welz & Co a year and no payment

Stephan Welz & Co, I cannot tell you the amount of stress and anxiety you have put me through. After reading the article written by Wendy Knowler and the other reviews on this platform i am hoping i will to finally be paid. My name is Jessica Richardson, I am a 76 year old widowed pensioner. My items where auctioned by Stephan Welz in November 2023, I received a statement from Stephan Welz on the 20/11/2023 stating they owed me R132 502.37. This money however has never been paid. In June I had an Attorney contact Laurence, and he said he would settle the account by no later than 18 July 2024. I have still not been paid. I have tried phoning and emailing but simply get no response. I cannot understand how one can be treated in this manner. I cannot understand how a company like Stephan Welz &Co cannot pay their clients or even reply to their phone calls and emails. This whole experience has left me shaken.
