I dont even know where to start. Possibly the most useless company Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with, and Ive had to deal with City of Johannesburg billing department.

We had an entire 2 story house full of antiques that they auctioned.

The valuations were inexperienced and several items were sold at an obscene fraction of the value.

They did not provide an inventory, or use the one we gave them.

The payments did not match the reciepts or invoices.

They were a nightmare to deal with, never responding. (Anton the ceo is apathetic and totally unresponsive).

I managed to catch a ludicrous valuation on a painting and eventually got the correct valuation on that painting, however another painting was 'lost' and even though I told them that they had it as they said to me in an email that they had left it with their removals company.

They eventually admitted to finding the painting but are in dispute with the storage company. And now we need legal representation to claim back our own painting.
