OVERPRICED ADDITIONAL INTERBRANCH SHIPPING FEES !
As this review is about shipping I need to say it really overpriced charge nearly R1000.00 for inter branch shipping for the item btw Jhb and Cape Town - it was a medium size BRONZE Statue

We offer a premium service and do our best to protect and ensure the safe travel of items between branches or to the client’s requested address. As we do not have professional in-house packaging, we make a conscious effort to source the most professional packaging at competitive prices. On the few occasions where winning bidders have elected to use their own couriers, their item/s did not arrive in the condition it was sent. In the past 24 months we have seen an increase in fuel and wrapping costs, resulting in the higher shipping fees. Please note that we do not put a mark-up on shipping fees – the fees are those provided by our supplier. As a sign of good faith, we are prepared to offer you a discount of 10% on the buyer’s commission on your next purchase . Our accounts department is aware if this and have made a note on the system accordingly. Thank you.
