Failure to pay Seller for items sold

Terms of Sale at Stephan Welz Payment of sale proceeds will be effected 30 to 45 days from the date of auction subject to buyer having paid in full, failure of the buyer to make payment timeously may result in a payment delay.

( no items will be released to a buyer until payment has been made and reflected in our said bank account )

2. If credit terms have been agreed between the Company and the buyer the Seller will be paid out within 45 days from the date of the auction.

It is now 20 February, 2024 and my items were sold in October 2023. Still NO PAYMENT received. The worst part though is that the Director Laurence Friedman answered my initial enquiry on 31 January with a very short - "Payment will be released tomorrow or Friday latest". Further emails have not been responded to by him, and still no payment has been made. I certainly will not be recommending this company to anyone .
