ART
Absolutely no ways I will ever recommend them for potential customers. They have kept me unaware of art that I gave more than two months before and after an enquiry, they didn't even know where the art was. No communication, thank you Amy, Robin.

16 Aug 2023, 17:40 Good day Sir, After a thorough investigation with our Art specialists, both of whom are mentioned below, we established that you dropped off your bronze at our satellite office in Pretoria and never left your contact information with our agents so that our art specialists could get back to you. After your call to our Cape Town office on 10 August regarding feedback, Adam spoke to Robyn regarding the matter, provided her with your contact information and she contacted you on the 11th of August. Robyn advised that the bronze in question was a post-humous cast and was not suitable for our auction market and advised that you collect the piece. At no point was the location of the piece questioned as it never left our satellite office where it was delivered. Our specialists do in-depth research before sending a valuation through. We are sorry that the outcome was not to your liking, however, Robyn did suggest a suitable way forward and pointed you in the direction of other auction houses that would be able to assist with the sale of your piece. We will gladly share the confirmation of correspondence and your acknowledgement thereof with you. Kind Regards Stephan Welz & Co.
