Stepan Auto accident damaged vechiles

<p>I bought a 2014 Polo vivo from Stepan Auto and on my way home from buying the vechile from them, the cars warning lights came on. So I took it to Volkswagen and they said to me the car was involved in a major accident. Stephan did not disclose that the car was involved in an accident and now he refuses to pay back my deposit. They also sold the vechile to me for R5000 more than they stated on their Internet advert. Internet advert said they wanted R105000. Stepan charged me R110000.</p>
