Zero commitment to online orders - technically **** & THEFT!

Wow, really wish I'd read all this before ordering... the money is gone and that's it. Not order confirmation, no feedback, no order number to follow up on, no answer on their telephone number. Complete **** if you ask me, I didn't lose as much money as some others I've read, but I work hard for every cent I have, there must be accountability for THEFT!
