Very disappointing - wasted money and time

Wish that I had done my homework before placing an order from this business. I have been trying to get an answer on Order 10381 for two days now. Even the so called "Live chat" is just window dressing. No feedback on order status, empty promises to call me back and no indication as to when I will receive my order. Very disappointed. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
