I bought 2 garage doors on the 11 August 2021 a was promised the delivery on the week of the 16 August when i phone in inquiring about delivery date i was told that my doors will be delivered in the next 4 weeks what i was not told when i purchased, we agreed on something similar to the doors to my surprise when the garage door where installed something total different from the choose i was offered. missing & torn accessories I'm being pushed from pillar to post with no answers I'm referred to Thapelo to get answers

The team on site received the items and everything points to it that they either took some of the items or mishandled them leaving you without everything you needed. Although we can't take responsibility for what happened at your site, we've decided to resend the accessories kit to make sure your project ends of well.
