Terrible Service and No Communication!

I placed a click and collect order on 10 January 2023 for items that were in stock (they are still in stock as per the website). It is now two weeks later (23 January 2023) and I still have not received an email stating my items are ready for collection, nor have I received any feedback as to what is happening with my order. I have emailed their support and called their telephone number with no answer on either. This will be the last time I purchase anything from STEP Building Supplies!
