Step DOWN buidling supplies!!

I ordered something that we cant get anywhere in our town or nearby towns nobody has stock. I ordered and payed willing to wait the 3-7 working days for delivery. It has been more that 2 weeks now they dont answer phone calls or emails and the chat option on their site only gives the same automated responses over and over. I searched for an alternative number or email to try and make contact with them and unfortunately saw how many bad reviews there are of this place for no service or responce. I WANT MY PRODUCTS OR A REFUND! This service is ridiculous!!
