Step building supplies a ****.

I ordered an item online on 21 January 2022 and was advised on 11February to ask for a refund which I did on 14February 2022. I still have not received any. The reason they gave is that this item is suddenly out of stock, it was in stock when I paid for it. Lo and behold, as soon as I asked for the refund the item is suddenly back in stock. Not a firm to do any transaction with. Also their sales department does not answer their mail, only one person was very helpfull and his name is Thapelo.
