Order No 10641. Single item. Date ordered 8 February. I sent emails on 15, 17, & 20th February requesting an update, no response. Phoned many times from the 15th to 20th of February. No response. Sent email on 17th February, requesting cancellation, no response. Post on there FB on the 17th to cancel and refund, no response. Post on the chat box on the 16 & 17 to query order and cancel and refund, no response. Don't deal with them, they are a **** and should be put out of business.
