Refusing to refund money after more than 12 months

Bought a changeover switch online and they failed to get for me... I asked for a refund and it's been over 12 months and they are refusing to refund my account!!!!... This business is a **** and *****sters..... I went to their office next to Northgate 2 weeks back and also sent follow up emails thereafter and still my money is not refunded..... Now I'll go there and demand my cash and it's gonna get ugly!!..... Why should I beg for my money??
