Refund not given yet after 5 months.
Had to open a case at the small claims court to try and get my refund for an item not delivered , case pending.

23 May 2022, 13:22Pieter was refunded - yes there were delays inherent with the older system that was used for refunds. His refund was tracked and paid even before the small claims court notification to STEP. This delay was unintentional and hence a new system is now in place to avoid repeat.
At present the New Refund system is brings the order tracking lucid and all members in this value-chain can see orders status and their flow. This has improved the process greatly and within 7-days for orders cancelled before dispatching, and for orders returned from client in their original commercially saleable condition, and within 14-days where testing of returned goods is necessary.
Next will be include notification as a refund is moved through processing stages to keep our valued clients informed all the way. For now it will be done manually.
Pieter can confirm receipt of refund and a special apology written to him.
Continuous improvement is central to how we seek to grow.
