Product ordered on 24 June Still not available - no contact or feedback
I placed order 8878 on 24 of June. I am still waiting to collect it. I have emailed STEP, phoned 8 times, Facebook Messaged and whatsapped. No response. When calling in I am told the stock is either arriving soon, or somebody will call me back. Nobody calls back.
