non delivery of ordered item and no refund.

On Monday 16Jan 2023 I ordered online from Step Building Supplies two types of epoxy adhesive.one was 1KG Steenvas Pipeafix epoxy at R257.99 the other 400ml Steenvas Adhesive.R188.99. The shipping capost for the 2 items was R120.00. The Pipe Epoxy was delivered within a reasonable time frame with a note regarding the Adhesive being out of stock but that it would arrive in a seperate delivery. now many phone calls later to Malabatsie and with many promises of delivery and later of refund. Including a request to complete an extensive request for refund form. I have not received a delivery or refund. When messages were left requesting to be contacted I received no reply. When I did get through there were many smooth talking answers regarding iminent refund. This is very unsatisactiry service and feels like I am being ****med.
