No Refund yet from Step Building Supplies.

I have placed an order on 07 October 2022 and paid for a 250L Jojo Cattle Drinking Trough for R 2519.99 including delivery to Pretoria using a Payflex system. It was delivered on 11 October 2022. I was however, disappointed with its size as it was small. The Step Building Supplies did not mention the trough's length and breadth, only the 250 L.

I called them and requested the process to return it for a refund. A lady called Kagiso explained their return and refund policy. On 13 October 2022, I sent back the requested documents.

I delivered the goods to their offices in Northriding. Kagiso received it and provided me with a proof of delivery. The refund was to be made in 7 working days.

On 20 Oct 2022, I emailed them for a refund update. The response said: Your refund is being processed. I will send you the proof of payment as soon as I receive it. Thank you for your patience.

Today, I call in for an update, and Mbali told me that both Kagiso and the Manager are not yet in, but she will pass the message as she is not fami**** with the order number #9761.

I just need my refund as I have comp**** with their return and refund policy. Please help.
