Bad service, long wait for deliver and wrong item delivered, no response to email communication.

Changeover switch that I ordered was delivered as a different make that is half the price and not the same layout as the advertised one that a ordered. I raised this and was told that it preforms the same function, I asked for it to be exchanged with the advertised product or refunded and I do not get any response. This is really bad and unacceptable practice. Comparing prices of items that are sold I also found that electrical items from ACDC are sold at very high prices and would be much cheaper if bought at ACDC.
