Genuine leather shoes torn after just 4 days.

Bought shoes on 1st of April 2015. Started wearing shoes on 13 April 2015 on 16 April 2015 I realized the genuine leather is already torn. Took back the shoes for a refund on 24 April 2015. According to law suppliers are supposed to give a full refund if returned within 28 days even if the product was used. No one have gotten back to me with a solution.
