Horrible service and rude owner

Absolutely atrocious!! Placed an order 2 weeks ago with no communication. Followed up and was advised that my order would be attended to when the individuals concerned were out of quarantine. Now, 2 weeks later, the owner was extremely rude, blocked me and is giving me the run-around. These people only care about themselves. Will update if I receive my refund today in order to procure the items I need from a reputable seller after waiting 15 days for nothing. So far this company looks and are acting like ********.
