Managing agent / landlords

I have been doing rentals in Stellendale Village in kuilsriver for the past 6 - 7 years and i have never dealt with people so rude in my entire life we have requested documents from them for the past 3 days and then they have the audacity to tell me that they will not allow my tenant access to the complex - the people working for the complexes managing agent that have to load new tenants for access to the complex but they all of a sudden they have new rules for giving access to our tenants and they are looking for so many new documents from a managing agent like us that have managed the same property for 6 - 7 years and when we asked to give our client access to move in today Mike refused cause we have not gotten our fidelity certificate from the estate board and they are behind with their work. The person by the Name Mike, and Prudence are the rudest people I have ever encountered. The way they speak to people is as if you owe them the world but they are there to give you the owner a service to be arrogant or rude.
