The good, the bad and the ugly

Stellenbrau brewery tour. First part: Awesome! Our guide was knowledgable, friendly, looked us in the eye and answered all our questions. Second part: The young beer tasting host was attentive (if not wholly) up to a point. During tasting, two groups came in and we were completely ignored. Instead of apologising to us or letting us know that he would be back in a moment, or even seating the newcomers and finishing our session which may have taken all of two minutes, he left us and did not return. Finished tasting on our own. There was an extremely loud child conversing at the top of his voice right next to me. Ignored him to the best of our ability. He appeared either intoxicated or just very young, inexperienced & immature. In any event, our host may have been afraid of the newcomers as nothing was said or done to alleviate the situation and host was conveniently engrossed in the soccer on television. Placed a considerably smaller order. Host overcharged us...amount corrected, we paid and left.
