Booking failure

I had booked a room for 3nights and just to confirm my booking i phoned the morning before check in and they simply gave my room away , as there are no other places available i have to now spend 3nights in my bus eith no shower or bed or toilet services , this is really unfair and will never in my life use them again , and wish they can be more client friendly
