Predatory Methods

I requested a quotation using their website. This form requires an address. They emailed me back and said that they would need a technician to look at the motor before they could give me a quote. Then, without my consent or any further communication, they sent out a technician who gained access to the property through a neighbour (they knew someone was coming for the gate as they had helped me put the gate into manual). The technicians then proceeded to replace the battery on my gate without consulting me. When I saw the email and rep**** saying I no longer needed a their assistance (as something else had been arranged), they informed me that they had already replaced the battery. Again, all this done without consulting me. They then came to remove the battery when I confronted them about their methods. I am extremely offended by the predatory nature of this company. Absolutely astounding. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
