Dumping in front of my house: 70 Jakaranda Str, Cloetesville

Dumping in front of my house: 70 Jakaranda Str, Cloetesville. I have lodged numerous complaints since the 18th of September 2023. On the 19th of September 2023, I received an SMS with a Reference No (SM_*** and SM_***). Up until today nothing has been done. Yesterday (2 October 2023), I called Waste Management office and Megan promised that the Manager Sizeka will call me back. I had to make a few calls today (3 October 2023), to get hold of her, but she was laughing when I asked her why it is so difficult to get hold of her. This is a health and safety risk and breeding ground for mice and rats. I know these people don't have money to get a waste truck to remove their rubble, and everybody got 1 bin for waste and are not allowed to put their waste in black bags anymore. The Ward Councillor of Ward 16 (Elsabe Vermeulen) is aware of the dumping in Cloetesville and has not come up with any solution to address this matter. Why can't they clean the area daily like they are doing in town? As a loyal taxpayer I am not happy with how Cloetesville has been neglected. I sent pictures as well, but no reply.
