Appaling Service from the Stellenbosch Municipality!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service delivery at this municipality is absolutely appalling!!!!!

So here is the scenario. Our prepaid meter's LCD packed up on Tuesday 12th June 2018, I called the municipality on 13th June 2018 to report this and was told by one of their agents that an electrician will attend the same day. I explained to her that my husband will be at home, but since we stay in a security complex where you need to call the gate to enter, so they need to call him to let them know when they are there. So when at the gate they give him a missed call and then promptly left when he according to them did not respond fast enough. So when I called back, I was told that the electrician will come back once after attending to another call out. Like with all service delivery departments and their *********** staff the electrician came back the next day. He ended up replacing our meter box and "comped" us 5 units. Seriously what the hell do you do with 5 units. Just so by the way our old box had +- 400 unit s on it. My husband was then told that we will get our units back after 7 working days, after they are investigated why the box' LCD suddenly no longer showed. Which is understandable, but here is my issue. Since the new box was installed, one week ago we have had to buy 350.00 worth of units, and when we wanted to buy for another 100.00 on 20 June 2018 there was a security error, that said we needed to for more money. ***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Which by the way is bull****, as that has never happened before. So today my husband went to the Stellenbosch Municipality office, they were closed!!!!!! Staff are striking!!!!!!! I need answers was the box set for high consumption????????????????????or what the hell is going on. I need answers!!!!! So here how this is going to happen. I will post a negative review every day until I get satisfactory answers, if that does not happen, I will go to the media and not Eikestad News, I will go to the The Daily Voice and Die Son and The Sun as well. And yes this is a threat, until I get answers....
