Stellenbosch fire and rescue service

I feel that the staff at the Stellenbosch fire and rescue service do not carry themselves in a correct professional manner I can name a few individuals, apparent seniors who I have witnessed driving under the influence, violent and vulgar behavior while intoxicated, as well as drug abuse and this is something I cannot allow to happen in my community, J hope this is dealt with soon
