Behavioural and violent tendencies of Fire and rescue service

This is to address the fireman and behavioural issues observed as they believe to act outside law, DRG abuse has been seen, driving while under influence and physical violence due to intoxication I would like this put forward and will takes names forward to the authorities if this is not dealt with
