Dangerous guy, makes threats.
I would not recommend this contractor. He has cost us over R10 000 so far in damages, including, but not only 1) Destroying a carpet that needed deep cleaning and re-fitting R2000 2) Destroying the shower unit ****erally breaking it) R1200 3) Damaging a basin unit that could then not be returned R6000 4) Losing the box for an item that needed to be returned R999 5) The fittings for the shower are not straight (coming out of the wall), thus making it difficult to impossible to fit a new shower unit without removing tiles and doing plastering 6) Spraypaint all over floor and basin 7) Grout left all over everything, and a general mess. He also left the toilet and various other items leaking.
