Good day My sister booked into stellar med to give birth as at 1st it seemed to be a great place...on the day she went into labor we rushed her at 1pm to their premises the midwife used a machine at a charge of R200 and then refused to admit her stating she isnt in labor we should return home. At 6pm the pains got worst and we rushed her back at 7:00pm as the midwife was out on a house call ,at 8:35pm they called a ambulance to transfer my sister to a government hospital at fee we had to pay of R2500.00...all this after we paid them in full R13500.00 we then requested a refund and got a statement the R2000 deposit non refundable(admin) they've added R2000 for using their facility for 1 and a half hours + a charge for 2x midwives for 3hrs @ R1000/hr total of R3000.00 total deducted R7000.00 from R13500.00 which leaves R6500 refund taking of the R2500 ambulance they called for a 10km radius... In actual fact it costed R9500.00 just to get driven to a government hospital..Elizabeth as a admin lady doesn't care wat the client has to say the owner merilyn refuses to discuss any queries ive queried the statement and just got ignored... the true stellar-med..
