Stellantis not honouring warranty

Jeep Sandton repaired my vehicle engine with the repairs carrying 2 year warranty. The engine started misfiring and I took the vehicle back to them to repair. It has been four months since I took the car back to them to repair but they are still looking for reasons to not repair the engine. One of the reason they gave early on was that I didn't have warranty because I agreed that they shouldn't change the intake manifold. No such conversation took place with me and my warranty is still in place.

I escalated the matter to customer care more than a month ago and the consultants have been playing delay and blaming tactics with no resolution. I escalated the matter to the consultant's supervisor who promised to call me back the following day and a week has gone by without the call back. When I call her, she is busy with meetings. They refuse to organise a courtesy car for me while they sort themselves out with regards to my repair.

I have never had such a worst experience with any company. Their service is deplorable and there is no accountability. My only recourse at this point is to go the legal route and to the Ombudsman as they have opted to ignoring me.
