Stellantis Group - Zero service levels

In 2021 I bought a Peugeot 3008 and paid extra for a maintenance plan. Stellantis have failed to recognize the maintenance plan despite me providing proof of purchase. I referred the matter to the motor industry OMBUD and they have not even responded to the complaint. If anyone wants a new vehicle, I would not recommend any Stellantis brand.
