Stallantis - Pathetic.

Pathetic to say the least! Stellantis is responsible to ensure the required part for my Jeep is located. It has been more than 6 weeks that my car is standing with NO ETA for the part. In the meantime I am paying for a vehicle which is non drive-able because these people cannot plan correctly. Globally the part is not available with no indication when it will be - how ridiculous. Who is taking responsibility here????? Mr Leslie Ramsomaar - how are you the MD of this global organisation and the basics is not done right? Please explain.......... Either get the part or replace the car, simple as that....
