Poor service Jeep Compass

My Jeep compass is stuck at your repairs, under warranty, and it's none of your business how I travel. How do you people treat your customers so badly? I called your customer care only to be cut off by your consultant, why? Your level of not caring for your clients is really appalling, considering I've been making escalations by calling and emailing you people. What's the point of your warranty if I have to fight for it to work?
