Peugeot/Stellantis

Shocking client service. Took my Peugeot in for a regular service (60 000km), get a call saying they need to recall my vehicle as there is a fault with the timing belt. Apparently, a known defect in certain models. Vehicle gets taken from me, estimated completion 6-8 weeks, dealer not willing to release as a critical safety issue. NO COURTESY CAR PROVIDED. Not from Stellantis, not from the dealer.

Fantastic cars, absolutely disgusting after sales service. Also, do not believe Peugeot SA when they say they have sorted out parts. Back windscreen broke, took 3 months for a replacement.
