6months and going waiting for part for my car

I own a Jeep Cherokee 2016 I have been a Jeep driver for 7plus years this is my second one. My vehicle has an issue with some security feature which requires repairs. JEEP GRAND Central Midrand South Africa has had my vehicle for repairs since July 2022 I am paying monthly installment for financing for my vehicle but I am unable to use it. I escalated this matter as Jeep services was non responsive to give updates regarding parts ETA. My car has been sitting in the sun for 6months. Eventually Stellantis rented us a car for 60days to use but now they extended ING the lease at an additional deposit on my account. I am absolutely disappointed at the turnaround time for Stellantis to source a part for one's vehicle to be fixed there is still no ETA 6 months later and I am having to pay for it with inconvenience and loss of usage. Please advise what steps I can take to protect myself as a consumer. This is unacceptable from such a big company. Lerato Modisane
