This is a ****!!! Don't even consider buying from them. 3 months down the line and many emails later, you just keep getting the reply 'sorry for the delay'; the shipment is on its way. NEVER order anything from them

Paid R1,342.40 in July - nothing delivered, only endless "it's on its way" emails
I placed order #2155 with Stella Cape Town on 20 July 2026 and paid R1,342.40 for an "Artisanal Tote - Spirit of the Lagoon" and a "Splendid Boxer" lamp. Five weeks later I have received nothing. What I have received is a steady stream of delay emails from ***, signed "Amahle, Customer Service" - the order is "being prepared", "in the dispatch queue", "on its way", "almost there". Eleven of them between 20 July and 9 August, each promising another update tomorrow. A tracking number (SYRM***) was issued on 22 July with a claim of free premium shipping via Fastway Couriers, but the tracking link only loops back to their own website and has never shown any real movement. Two other things worth knowing: the item prices in their later emails (R764 and R914) do not match what I was actually charged on the order confirmation (R611.20 and R731.20), and the product links in their emails point to a Shopify store at 9dhqny-pt.myshopify.com rather than their own domain. They are still fine at sending marketing - as recently as 27 August I received a "flash sale ends tonight" email pushing another 15% off, while my July order remains undelivered. I have reported this to Cybercrime.org.za. Do not pay this store.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM STELLA LAMPS, CAPE TOWN.
I saw an add of Stella Lamps, Cape Town, where you can order the most beautiful led glass animal lamps. I ordered an owl lamp, and struggled more than a month to get any information out of the Company, with no success! I never received any invoice, no contact details, no address for this Company, only an email address. On the add, you only see these two 'sad sisters' who make the products, and selling off their last products as they are closing their Company. Long story short, these lamps are exactly the same as the adds from TEMU, a Chinese Company, made from resin. I then received an email from Stella saying my lamp has been shipped, and I have to pick It up at the Post Office. I never, at any stage, received any notification from the Post Office. On one email, I even saw they are from Manchester, UK! These people are ****ming people, advertising these beautiful, leadglass, hand made lamps. Meanwhile, they ordered it from China, and sell it for 3 times more than advertised on the Temu Add, but it's exactly the same product! After I ordered and paid for the lamp, I read Facebook reviews about the same Company. It is schokking how many people were ****med! It's a pity I cannot give a zero star!

AI ****med website *****ing thousands from South Africans
****, ****, ****, **** I ordered a pet themed stainglass lamp from this company. They took R914.00 online and it yurns out that they have ****med many individuals with inferior peodict deliveries or that their deliveries never took place. It's been 3 weeks since I paid, enquired and was told the delivery was en route. It turns out it's all one big ****: AI generated website, no current working website or complaints or inquiries section. Tracking is now defunct too. Beware this company is *****ing from people and changing their MO all th4 time - now shoes, rhen handbags, then lamps, and then mugs - there are all AI pucs of high-end products and all ****!

Unbeknownst was Buying Directly From China, not advertised as such, who knows what will eventually arrive. it is taking forever. Definately not Cape Town Based
