beware of giving credit

Mr. Loots was a customer of our restaurant in 2015. We closed his account due to endless problems with him not paying his account. Early this year while we (the owners)were on leave he conned one of our employees into allowing him to take food with the promise to pay the very next day. It is now 3 weeks later and he does not respond to any of our messages. I have tried various avenues of contacting his line head or supervisor, also with no success.
