Steinmanns Dry Cleaners Ruined goods

I took a new Trenery linen jacket to Steinmann's Dry Cleaners to be dry cleaned. This was the first time that this jacket has been dry cleaned. When I wanted to pick up the jacket, I luckily inspected the goods and found that the jacket was totally ruined! Not only did it look old because its colour was completely stripped but it had white bleach marks on the front, back and arms. I eventually discussed the problem with Mr Mampuru, who I still to this day do not know is the owner or the manager, The lady who works at the dry cleaners told me the owners are overseas and Mr Mampuru is the Manager. Mr Mampuru insists he is the owner. When I queried the discrepancy, I was accused of \playing the racial card!
