Late Payment Stefanutti Stocks,rms and steeldale

We are newly established company in somerset east called usta somerset east we have been transporting people the month of June 2019 two of our taxi operators now they did not get paid this month I called mr. charles letsoalo the site agent he only told me I must speak to a Mr Patrick at there head office because the monies should have been paid month end already just trying to enquire what the reputation of the company is with regards to payments because there are two other companies also partnering with then on this project one calles rms and steeldale and we had problems with rms also with regards to a payment. at rms I spoke to a marcus erasmus who is the site agent for rms on that site.
