Bad customer service and Bad food

I have order 3 wacky wednesday on 30 October. When I got home the buns on all the burgers was so rock hard that you can **** someone with it. I called steers and it took my hours to get hold of them. When they answer the phone I spoke to a lady named California. I told her my story and she said I must come back the next week and she will replace my order. I phone her today just after 15h00 to confirm with her that im coming to pick up the 3 wacky wednesday. She told me she ia only going to replace one wacky wednesday. She told me she will phone me back. She never did. When i phone her again she gave me dont care what your query is. I told her i paid R150 and that money is not growing on my back. So i want 3 wacky wednesday and not just one. I told her i want ro talk to tge owner. But Im still waiting for the owner to phone me. Dont think that the staff or owner has the ***** to give there customer the sercice they deserve. When you go out and buy take aways, you want food that is hot, fresh and good. Im still waiting for that. I will inform all my family and friends not to buy anything from steers, something fishy or debonairs and they will inform all their friends. Steers will never see me again. I want my money back from Steers Saxby Eldoraigne , for the food we couldn't enjoy.
