Wednesday night(15/07/26) I had to pay twice for an order at Steers Kuilsriver because the cashier printed a “blank slip” and said he’s “not sure “if the payment went through,he called the manager(Sharon Matola) and they both insisted that I must pay again even after telling them that the transaction did go through. When I went there on Sunday to ask for my money back as I saw the 2 transactions went through for that day as I was expecting, I was told there is no manager to authorise my refund and I must come back Monday with a bank statement, what nonsense is that? So the whole franchise was operating without a Manager and now that’s inconveniencing me even more!! Expecting me to have time to go back there again with bank statement for what? What am I proving here? I’m so disgusted by this I sent the customer care an email that same Sunday explaining my experience and till this day 24/07/26 I haven’t had any feedback on when I will get my money.

Wednesday night(15/07/26) I had to pay twice for an order at Steers Kuilsriver because the cashier printed a “blank slip” and said he’s “not sure “if the payment went through,he called the manager(Sharon Matola) and they both insisted that I must pay again even after telling them that the transaction did go through. When I went there on Sunday to ask for my money back as I saw the 2 transactions went through for that day as I was expecting, I was told there is no manager to authorise my refund and I must come back Monday with a bank statement, what nonsense is that?
