Steers Gonubie

I’m so disappointed with the services I got at Steers Gonubie this afternoon. To think this was the second time this happened to me. I went in during my lunch hour and I ordered then sat down. When my order came out the lady did not call my order out. I sat for 30minutes and I noticed surely it doesn’t take that long to do one burger. Only to find out it’s been on the shelf and no one bothered to call out my number. I confronted the lady and she said I wasn’t sitting where she could see me. So she assumed I was at Spar. As someone who works with customers I feel like the service was very bad and it was very disappointing because it wasn’t even busy.
