False advertising/***off money

<div>I purchased a Chev Aveo from this dealer in July 2019, I was told the car would be serviced & all other faults in the car would be fixed before I collected the car. To date, which is 2 months after my purchase, I have had to purchase a new battery, purchase a new engine coolant pipe, which they refused to change cited that its no longer their responsibility. Yesterday I went to fit in new tyres and was notified that the shocks of the car are totally ruined and that I needed to change them and that the brake pads are also gone, pads which they reassured me they had replaced. Whilst I understand that some things are wear and tear, the dealership shouldnt have put the car up for sale especially if the condition is like this. I am totally appalled by this. They literally ripped me off my 69k. Which faults did they rectify if 2 months down the purchase am still fixing the car up? They falsely sold a car to me knowing the condition it was in..... If that is not cheating people of their money, I don't know what it is. </div>
